4. MyTax: Appoint Company Representative

This step is optional:
If you are a Director and want your staff to continue for you, you must appoint your staff as your company representative.

If you (the Director) want to do it yourself, please skip this page and proceed to the link below.

5. MyInvois: Add Intermediary


Step 1: Login to your MyTax account

Step 2: Under Role Selection, click your company name in order to switch to your Director or Business Owner role

Step 3: Go to Profile section and click Appointment of Representative

Step 4: Let’s register your staff as your company representative. Fill up your staff’s information below.

If you are using MyTax’s testing account, your staff must have their own MyTax testing account before you can register them as your company representative.

This does not apply to MyTax’s live account.

Step 5: You can see your registered staff in the table below. Confirm that the “Status” shows as Active.

Step 6: Go to your MyInvois portal

Step 7: On the top right hand corner, click View Taxpayer Profile

Step 8: Scroll down to see “Representatives” section. Select User and Edit Permission next to your staff’s name.

Step 9: Enable the following permission. Click Save. You are ready to move to the next process!
