2. MyTax: Register Company
Let’s register your company information to your MyTax account.
🆘 Please get a Director or owner of your company to do these steps, as the MyTax account must be linked to their NRIC
Step 1: Login to your MyTax account

Step 2: Go to the Profile section and click Role Application
Step 3: Submit your Role Application by filling up the information
It is important to choose the correct Type of Role
If your company is a sole proprietor, please choose “Business Owner” and enter your individual TIN (which starts with IG)
Otherwise, select “Directors of the company” and enter your company TIN
It is also important to upload the correct supporting document (which proves that you are the company’s director or business owner)

Step 4: Once your application is approved by LHDN (typically takes between 3-5 business days), you can now continue to the next process.
