5.1 Create refund note via Loyverse

Step 1: On your Loyverse Mobile App account, go to Receipt .

Step 2: Select order number to refund from Receipt , will direct you to refund page

Step 3: Select the items in the order to refund, you can select the refund item

Step 4: Loyverse will redirect you to Receipt page, and the order status is updated.

5.2 Where to View refund note on Jom eInvoice

Step 1: On your Jom eInvoice workspace homepage, go to Sales → Refund Notes

Step 2: Click on Loyverse channel

Step 3: Change the view to Consolidated and Unprocessed

Step 4: Find your refund note and click View
