4.1 Create refund note via Salesplay

Step 1: On your Salesplay Mobile App account, go to Manage Sales .

Step 2: Click the Past Receipt to view created receipts

Step 3: Select the Receipt that want to Refund from Past Receipts.

Step 4: Press the Refund button on the Top Right of the Receipt page, and select the item that want to Refund. Then press Refund button once finish select which item to refund.

Step 5: After Refund the item, the receipt will change status to Refund in Past Receipts page.

4.2 Where to View refund note on Jom eInvoice

Step 1: On your Jom eInvoice workspace homepage, go to Sales → Refund Notes

Step 2: Click on Salesplay channel

Step 3: Change the view to Consolidated and Unprocessed

Step 4: Find your refund note and click View
