6. How your customer can request e-invoice

Learn how your customer can request for e-invoice.

There are 3 options:
1. QR printed on the receipt
2. Share Profile link to your customer
3. Via QR standee at your business premises

Important: Before you begin, ensure you have e-Invoice Request enabled within your JomeInvoice settings..

6.1 : Enable e-invoice in Jomeinvoice

Steps to enable e-invoice features

6.2: Access SalesPlay Settings ( QR printed on the receipt )

Step 1:

  • Sign In: Log into your SalesPlay account.

  • Open the Menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner

  • Select the Settings button

  • From the Settings menu, select the Design Receipt page.

  • Locate the "More" button at the side of the design receipt interface

Steps 2: Enable the Print QR toggles

Steps 3: Navigate back to your JomeInvoice workspace to Copy Profile Link

Steps 4 : Navigate to the SalesPlay

  • Click Change

  • Select Customized URL paste your JomeInvoice Profile Link URL, then click Save


A QR code will be displayed on the printed receipt ⬇️

Alternatively after every purchase, you can share your customer a QR code to Request e-Invoice

When your customer scan the QR code, it will direct your customer to Jom e-Invoice request e-Invoice page.
