3. Connect WooCommerce to JomeInvoice

Now, let’s connect your WooCommerce store to JomeInvoice.
This only needs to be done once.

Step-by-step setup:

  1. In JomeInvoice, go to Integrations > WooCommerce > View Details.

  2. Click Connect.

  3. Download the WooCommerce Installer (.zip) package provided.

  4. Log in to your WooCommerce Admin Panel.

  5. Go to Plugins > Add New.

  6. Click Upload Plugin, select the downloaded .zip file, and click Install Now.

  7. Once installed, click Activate Plugin.

  8. Return to JomeInvoice, and copy your Client API Key and Client ID.

  9. In WooCommerce, go to Settings > JomeInvoice Integration and paste these keys.

  10. Choose your environment:

    • SME – For live small business usage

    • UAT – For testing before going live

    • Production – For live production accounts

  11. Fill in your Business Information (name, email, registration number, etc.).

  12. Click Save Changes.

Once saved, your WooCommerce and JomeInvoice accounts are now linked and authorized!
