Step 1: On your home page, click Sales
Step 2: Click Request to see the list of e-invoice requests submitted by your customers
Don’t worry, Jom eInvoice takes care of these requests for you! We verify these requests against your invoices, and notify the customer directly with the results. This verification can take up to 1-2 business days.
