What Your Customers Do

Learn how your customer can request for e-invoice. There are 2 options:
1. Via scanning your Jomeinvoice QR code
2. Via your Jomeinvoice profile link

The Jom eInvoice QR code or profile link will redirect your customer to our Jomeinvoice portal.

Important deadline
Your customers can only request for e-invoice within the transaction month

E.g. If the customer buys an item on 15 June, they can request by 30 June

Step 1: Click Request e-Invoice

  • This button appears once there are invoices in your Jom eInvoice workspace

Create Invoice

Step 2: Under the Receipt Details section, choose the correct branch (if available) and fill up all information

Step 3: Under the Contact Details section, fill up all information

Step 4: Review and submit your e-invoice request

Once your request is approved, you will receive the e-invoice in your email. This can take up to 1-2 business day.
