Duplicated invoice in LHDN - Resolved the duplicated invoice issue in LHDN when resubmitting the same invoice.

Sales & Self-bill Module Counter - Fixed the counter mismatch issue where the invoice counter did not match the total invoices shown in the module dashboard.
