#1 Enhanced API submission validation with stricter checks to improve data accuracy and reliability

Overview
We have enhanced buyer validation during API invoice submissions to improve matching accuracy and reduce submission errors.

1. What Has Changed
Buyer Validation Improved:
The system now performs more comprehensive checks when matching buyer records during API submissions.
Only valid and active buyer records will be used during the submission process.
Inactive or outdated records will no longer affect buyer matching.

Previously:
In some cases, the system could match the wrong buyer record, resulting in submission errors.

This behavior has now been improved.

Improves submission accuracy, reduces buyer-related validation errors, and provides a more reliable invoice submission experience.

#2 Removed the 12-digit restriction for BRN and updated the labels for the old and new BRN fields for better clarity

We have enhanced workspace registration and maintenance by improving BRN handling and updating field labels for better clarity.

1. What Has Changed
BRN Field Improvements:
The BRN field now supports a wider range of valid BRN formats and lengths.
Field labels have been updated to clearly distinguish between legacy and current BRN information.

Previously:
BRN entries were limited to a fixed format.
BRN field labels could be confusing when maintaining business registration information.

This behavior has now been improved.
