#1 Fixed an issue where child invoices from API resubmission were incorrectly moved to "Draft" status instead of "Unprocessed" after consolidation cancellation

Overview
We have fixed an issue where child invoices were incorrectly moved to “Draft” status after a consolidated invoice was cancelled, preventing users from reconsolidating the invoices.

1. What Has Changed
Improved Consolidation Status Handling:
The system will now correctly reset and manage child invoice status after consolidation cancellation.

Previously:
Child invoices could move to “Draft” after API resubmission following a cancelled consolidation
Previous consolidation references could affect the invoice flow
Users were unable to proceed with reconsolidation

Now:
Child invoices will return to the correct “Unprocessed” state after cancellation
System will prevent invalid resubmission during active consolidation
Previous consolidation information will be properly cleared before processing

3. Impact
Prevents incorrect invoice states, improves consolidation workflow reliability, and ensures users can successfully reconsolidate invoices after cancellation.

#2 Resolved an issue where API resubmission created duplicate line items instead of updating the existing invoice data for failed submissions

Overview
We have fixed an issue where resubmitting an API invoice after an error caused duplicate line items instead of updating the existing invoice data.

1. What Has Changed
Improved API Resubmission Handling:
The system will now properly replace existing invoice data when processing a resubmitted payload.

Previously:
Failed invoices that were resubmitted could create additional line items
This caused duplicate data and mismatched invoice details

Now:
Resubmitted payload data will overwrite the existing invoice information
Invoice details in JomE will match the latest submitted payload
Duplicate line items will no longer be created

API invoice submission flow

3. Impact
Ensures accurate invoice data, prevents duplicate line items, and improves reliability when users retry failed API submissions.
