#1 Resubmission of Canceled Invoices Within 72 Hours (Sales & Self-Billed)
Overview
We have resolved an issue affecting the resubmission logic for Sales and Self-Billed invoices. Users can now correctly resubmit invoices that were canceled within the allowed 72-hour validation window, with proper synchronization to LHDN (MyInvois).
1. What Has Changed
Resubmission Logic for Canceled Invoices Corrected:
- The system now correctly handles resubmission of invoices that were canceled within 72 hours of validation.
- Users can now resubmit canceled invoices within the 72-hour window based on the validated date.
- The system will properly sync the cancellation status with LHDN (MyInvois).
Previously:
- Cancellation in the JomE portal was not properly reflected in MyInvois
- Resubmission within 72 hours was incorrectly blocked
These issues have now been resolved.
2. Where This Is Reflected in the Portal
This fix applies to both:
- Sales Invoices
- Self-Billed Invoices
When users:
Cancel an invoice, and
Attempt to resubmit within 72 hours of the validated date
The system will now:
- Allow resubmission as expected
- Ensure proper synchronization with LHDN (MyInvois)
3. Impact
Improves compliance with 72-hour resubmission rules, ensures accurate synchronization with LHDN, and restores a reliable workflow for handling canceled invoices within the allowed timeframe.
