• Customizable Labels on e-Invoice Request Form – Added a configuration option in General Settings that allows customization of field labels (Receipt No., Receipt Date, Receipt Amount, and Receipt File) on the e-Invoice request form.

Bug-Fixes

• Address Display in Invoice PDF – Fixed an issue where the second line of the address was not being displayed in the generated PDF invoice. The full address, including line 2, will now display correctly in the PDF.

• Invoice PDF Alignment Fix – Fixed an issue where certain components in the PDF were misaligned. Specifically, the payment amount was being overlapped by the QR code when item names were very long, and the bank details were not properly aligned. The layout now displays correctly in PDF.

• Bulk Action Delete for Invoices – Fixed an issue where users were unable to delete invoices under Consolidated > Unprocessed (Draft) using the bulk delete function. The action now works correctly, allowing large numbers of invoices to be deleted at once and a notification will also be sent to the user’s email upon completion.

• Export Customer and Supplier List – Fixed an issue where customers and suppliers with Draft status were not included in the exported list. All statuses including Draft, are now properly exported.

• SME Activity Trails – Fixed an issue where internal information was being displayed and exported in the activity trails. Only relevant activity details are now shown in the Activity Trails
