#1 Request E-Invoice Custom Fields Updates
Overview

  • An issue has been fixed where updates made to custom fields in the Request e-Invoice Form (Workspace Settings) were not reflected in the successful submission email sent to end customers.

What Has Changed

  • Custom field updates made in Workspace Settings are now correctly reflected in the successful e-invoice request email sent to the end customer.

Where This Is Reflected in the Portal

  • The update applies under:

  • Workspace Settings → General:

-Customize Receipt Number Label
-Customize Receipt Date Label
-Customize Receipt Amount Label
-Customize Receipt File Label

How It Works (User Flow)

  1. Update custom fields in Workspace Settings → Request e-Invoice Form.

  2. End customers submit the Request e-Invoice Form.

  3. The updated custom fields appear in:

-The Request e-Invoice Form
-The successful e-invoice request email notification

Impact

  • Updates made by the user to custom fields in Workspace Settings are now reflected in both the e-invoice request form and the successful e-invoice request email sent to clients.

#2 Purchase Invoice Missing Supplier & Buyer Information (CSV Export)
Overview

  • An issue has been fixed where exported Purchase Invoices in CSV format were missing supplier and buyer information. The exported CSV now correctly includes these details as received from LHDN and displayed in the MyInvois portal

What Has Changed

  • CSV exports of Purchase Invoices now include supplier and buyer information.

  • Data is accurately reflected as received from LHDN and shown in the MyInvois portal.

Where This Is Reflected in the Portal

  • The update applies under:
    -Purchase Invoice → Bulk Action → Export as CSV

How It Works (User Flow)

1. Go to Purchase Invoice → Bulk Action → Export as CSV.

2. The exported CSV file will now include:
-Supplier information
-Buyer information

Impact
Ensures that exported Purchase Invoices in CSV format contain complete supplier and buyer information, consistent with the MyInvois portal and LHDN data.
