Overview

We provide an export option that allows users to download Purchase Invoices in a CSV format compatible with Autocount. This feature helps users seamlessly import purchase invoice data into Autocount without additional manual formatting.

How It Works (User Flow)

Navigate to the Purchase Invoice module.

Select the documents to export (Invoice, CN, DN, or RN).

Click Export and choose the Autocount CSV format.

The system generates a CSV file that complies with the Autocount import template.

#2 Sales & Self-Billed – Export invoices in Autocount CSV format

We have introduced a new export option that allows users to download Invoices, Credit Notes (CN) and Debit Notes (DN) in a CSV format compatible with Autocount. This feature is available for both Sales Invoices and Self-Billed Invoices.

Feature Extension: The export invoice in CSV based on Autocount format, previously limited to the Purchase module, is now available for:
-Sales Invoice Module
-Self-Billed Invoice Module

Full Document Support: The export supports all key document types (Invoice, CN, DN, RN) using the identical format already established for Purchase Invoices.

How It Works (User Flow)

#3 QR Code PDF guideline enhancement
Overview

We have enhanced the QR code PDF to automatically include important guidelines below the QR code. This ensures that buyers are immediately presented with necessary instructions and context when they view the generated file.
What Has Changed

New Text Added: The generated QR code PDF now automatically includes a section with important guidelines displayed below the QR code.

This text is standardized and included by default to ensure all buyers receive the correct instructions.
Where This Is Reflected in the Portal

The new feature is visible when generating a PDF under:
Settings → Workspace Settings → Share → Generate QR PDF -
The system generates the PDF, which now pre-populates with the important guidelines positioned directly below the QR code for the buyer to read.

Bug-Fixes
#1 Consolidated invoice tax percentage fix
Overview
-
We have resolved an issue where consolidated invoices were displaying incorrect tax percentages on the e-Invoice and PDF. The system now correctly applies a 0% tax rate to these invoices as intended.
What Has Changed

Fixed a calculation error where consolidating single invoices resulted in inflated tax totals.

The system now ensures that the tax rate on the final consolidated invoice is consistently displayed as 0%.
