Reset Password

Step 1: Navigate to https://uat.jomeinvoice.my/login or https://app.jomeinvoice.my/login

Step 2: Click "Forgot your password?"

Step 3: Click "EMAIL PASSWORD RESET LINK"

Step 4: A password reset email will be sent to your inbox. Click "Reset Password".

Step 5: Fill in your new password in the "Password" field and “Confirm Password” field.

Step 6: Click "RESET PASSWORD" after filling in both field.

You can now log in using your new password!


Change Password

Step 1: Login to your workspace.

Step 2: Navigate to "Settings"

Step 3: "Account Settings" > "Change Password".

Password Requirements

To keep your account secure, your password must:

  • At least 10 characters long.

  • Contain at least one uppercase letter.

  • Contain at least one lowercase letter.

  • Include at least one number .

  • Include at least one symbol .

  • Avoid using common passwords or any of your previous passwords.

Step 3: Enter current password and create new password that follow above requirements.

Tips for Creating Strong Passwords!

  • Use a Phrase You Remember: Passwords can be made easier to remember by using personal phrases.

  • Add Numbers and Symbols: Replace some letters with symbols or numbers for extra complexity.

  • Be Unique: Steer clear of obvious information like birthdates or everyday words.

Step 4: Click "Save Update" to update your password.

You can now log in with your new password!
